Hi, I’m Tayla! The idea behind Sip and Slay was to create a business with my closest friends to do something we enjoy. Born and raised in Zachary, Louisiana, I’ve spent the past 4 years perfecting my craft behind the bar, and what started as a second job quickly turned into a passion and business. Along with my closest friends, we’ve made this dream a reality, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring my skills to your next event! When I’m not shaking up beautiful hand-crafted cocktails you can find me enjoying time with my family and friends, curled up with a good book, or planning my next trip to a state I have never been before. I’m a proud pet mom to 2 dogs and 1 cat, and my motivation in life is to make my family proud of the woman I’ve become. As your bartender, I promise to bring meticulous attention to detail, a pristine bar setup, and drinks that are as visually stunning as they are delicious—whether you're looking for a signature cocktail or a refreshing mocktail, I’ve got you covered. Hi, I’m Kelsey — your soon-to-be favorite bartender! 🍹 I’ve been behind the bar for 7 years, but my hospitality roots go all the way back to when I was 16. After years of mixing, shaking, and perfecting my craft, Tayla and I started Sip and Slay Bartending Services to make your bartending needs as stress-free as possible while leaving a lasting impression on your guests. I love experimenting with new, fun drinks and adding my own unique twist, so every sip feels special. From backyard BBQs to elegant weddings, I bring the bar to you — complete with fresh ingredients, creative cocktails, and a splash of personality. Hi, I'm Makenzie, but everyone knows me as Kenzie. I’m a family-oriented person who especially loves spending time with my little sister—she truly is my world. I’ve been bartending for almost three years now and enjoy the fast-paced, social environment it brings. I’m also a passionate animal lover and always find joy in being around animals of all kinds. Recently, I married my best friend, Hunter. We've been together since 2021, and starting this new chapter together has been such a special part of my journey. 

Hi, I’m Kacey! I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 9 years, gaining experience in everything from serving guests and working in the kitchen to taking on management roles. Out of those years, 5 have been behind the bar, where I’ve really honed my skills—my go-to drink to make (and enjoy) is definitely a lemon drop martini! I’m also a proud mom of two sweet boys who keep life exciting. I love to have a good time, enjoy great company, and never pass up a chance to party and make lasting memories. 

Hi! I’m Fayelynn —a seasoned bartender with over five years of experience shaking up cocktails and good vibes in the lively bar scene. When I’m not serving up drinks, you’ll find me working as a bank teller, where I love connecting with people and sharpening my customer service skills in a totally different setting. I’m also a proud wife to my amazing husband, Tyler, and together we’re raising two wonderful kiddos, Grayson and Elena-Faye, who keep life fun and full of surprises.

Outside of work, I’m all about quality time—whether it’s with family, friends, or in the kitchen whipping up something delicious. Cooking is my creative escape and one of my favorite ways to unwind. I’m thrilled to be joining the Sip and Slay family and can’t wait to bring my passion, energy, and a little extra flavor to this exciting new journey!
